Grooming
We use only the very best natural and organic cleansing and care products. These include the
alt(PETS)™ range, and a soothing, gentle, aromatherapy shampoo and conditioner
formulated exclusively for Critter Club .
We use no synthetic fragrances or harsh chemicals. We do not use force dryers, nor do we crate-dry
dogs.
We use the gentlest bathing and grooming methods available to achieve the result you want for your dog.
We like to take our time with each dog, to give the best possible experience.
If your dog has been previously traumatised by grooming please talk to us about how we may be able to help.
We never, ever sedate any dog for any reason.
